The Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it is up-to-date and aligned with the internal and external context.
Floresta Bem Cuidada values suppliers who are dedicated and aligned with the principles of the Integrated Management System (IMS) Your assessment is based on the following criteria:
- Meeting deadlines;
- Responsiveness;
- Quality of services/provisions;
- Compliance of products or services;
- Environmental commitment and sustainability criteria.
- Compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
The annual assessment follows a performance scale. Suppliers with a medium rating (50%–70%) will be notified and required to implement continuous improvement measures.
The IMS policy is reviewed whenever necessary by top management to ensure it remains up to date with both internal and external contexts
