A Floresta Bem Cuidada, Lda., a forestry company and multiple-time recipient of the PME Excellence and PME Leader awards, is looking to recruit a Public Procurement Technician (M/F) for its office in Amarante, Porto.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and identify public tenders relevant to the company’s activities on various electronic public procurement platforms;
- Analyze tender documents and award criteria related to public procurement;
- Prepare and organize technical and administrative documentation;
- Submit proposals via electronic platforms, ensuring full legal and formal compliance;
- Follow up on clarification requests, preliminary reports, award decisions, and support contract formalization and post-award documentation submission;
- Monitor legislative changes in administrative and public procurement law;
- Maintain up-to-date databases of tenders, proposals, and related information.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal Studies, Law, Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related areas;
- Professional experience in public procurement, preferably in the forestry/environmental sector – preferred;
- Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code (CCP) – preferred;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office;
- Strong sense of planning, focus, accuracy, and responsibility.
